Director Declaration
Zug, Switzerland – 13 August 2020 – Coca-Cola HBC AG (the “Company”) has been notified that Olusola (Sola) David-Borha, independent Non-Executive Director of the Company, has been appointed a Non-Executive Director of Stanbic Uganda Holdings Limited, a company listed on the Uganda Securities Exchange. The appointment is deemed to have taken effect from 17 July 2020.
This notification is made in accordance with the Financial Conduct Authority's Listing Rule 9.6.14R(2).
