Greece's competition committee has approved the partial acquisition of troubled luncheon meats producer Creta Farms by the Bella Bulgaria's Greek subsidiary, Impala Hellas.
The approval was announced on Tuesday.
The deal includes the full management of Creta Farms and its subsidiary, Teto-Farm S.A.
