Bitsakos S.A. has reportedly agreed to a total purchase price of roughly 51 million euros for the Nireus and Selonda fish farming producers, according to creditors banks, who informed Nireus' management of the development.
The final sale price will be fixed in the near future, but before the transaction.
Among others, Bitsakos owns and operates Philosofish.
