Athens-based Piraeus Bank on Friday announced that it is exploring the prospect of a strategic partnership with a major Asian Pacific financial conglomerate to provide financing solutions to Greek shipping companies.
According to a press release, the initiative aims at positioning Piraeus Bank at the forefront of servicing the needs of Greek shipping clients.
Houlihan Lokey is acting as Piraeus Bank’s strategic and financial advisor for this process.
