Greek Prime Minister Alexis Tsipras greeted former French president Francois Hollande to the Maximos Mansion government house on Friday with the adage "true friends are revealed in difficult times," saying the latter was a true friend of Greece during his tenure.
In other comments, the Greek prime minister referred to the need to deflect Euro-skepticism and "far-right populism."
On his part, Hollande remembered the summer of 2015, saying "during that period you (Greece) faced a major challenge."
