A anti-state group that has gained notoriety over the recent period for brief occupations of state offices and protests at embassies and diplomatic missions struck again on Thursday, this time briefly invading the British Council's head office in Athens' Kolonaki distrtict. The incident takes place a few days after members of the same group, "Rouvikonas", threw paint at the French embassy in central Athens - across from Greece's well-guarded Parliament.

In line with the group's "modus operandi", roughly 20 people entered the premises, shouted slogans and threw pamphlets. A "press release" was later posted on a website associated with anti-state and self-styled anarchist circles.

The group's recent interventions come in protest against the missile attacks against Syrian government positions last week by the US, Britain and France.
