A pair of minor earthquakes were reported in the greater Athens area early Friday afternoon, with the first at 13.06 (11.06 GMT) and the second at 13.08 (11.08 GMT) recorded at 3.4 and 3.2 on the Richter scale, respectively.
The tremors' epicenter was located some three kilometers northwest of the township of Inofyta, due north of Athens proper.
