An independent broadcast watchdog authority on Thursday said seven nationwide licenses will be granted, months after the government attempted to auction off four in a closed process that was later ruled unconstitutional by a Greek high court.

Members of the Greek National Council for Radio and Television (NCRTV), as the Parliament-appointed entity is called, will convey their decision to the relevant minister, Nikos Pappas.
