The European Stability Mechanism (ESM) will submit its proposals for short-term debt relief measures for Greece at an upcoming EuroWorking Group meeting in late November and during a Eurogroup meeting on Dec. 5, ESM head Klaus Regling said on Monday, after a meeting of EZ finance ministers in Brussels.
He added that no decisions have yet been taken, although he did cite a possible reduction in the interest rate risk via the ESM's strategic financing, although he expressed optimism that Greece will benefit from whatever solution is chosen
