Wind Hellas, one of the three mobile telephony operators in Greece, boosted liquidity over the recent period with a five-year bonded loan worth 250 million euros, while shareholder have agreed to funnel 25 million euros into a new share capital increase.
Increased capital will go into restructuring the telecoms company’s loan portfolio of 175 million euros, as well as to finance its digital growth.
Wind holds roughly a third of the Greek mobile phone market, behind Cosmote and Vodafone Hellas.
