Α bill containing a concession for the Helleniko real estate project was approved by a wide margin on Wednesday during a parliament vote.
Besides MPs from ruling SYRIZA and its junior rightist-populist partner, the Independent Greeks (AN.EL) party, the bill was approved by deputies from New Democracy, PASOK, Potami and the Union of Centrists.
Deputies from the ultra-nationalist Golden Dawn (Chryssi Avgi) and the Communist Party (KKE) voted against.
Ratifying the concession is one of 13 “prior actions” demanded by creditors ahead of the next sub-tranche in bailout money and before conclusion of the second review of the Greek program (third bailout).
