A long-awaited disbursement of a 7.5-billion-euro loan tranche to Greece could be finally approved during Thursday’s Eurogroup meeting in Luxembourg, European Stability Mechanism (ESM) head Klaus Regling told Euronews on Monday.
The ESM managing director referred to a productive cooperation, “again”, as he noted, between creditors and the Greek government.
The sum is part of an overall 10.3-billion-euro bailout package budgeted for recession-plagued Greece during the first nine-month period of 2016.
