Τhe Athens Stock Exchange (ATHEX) on Friday was given the "green light" by the Serbian Capital Market Commission to acquire a 10.24-percent stake in the Belgrade Stock Exchange (BELEX).
Under the terms of the agreement, BELEX cited an intent to improve trading infrastructure by transfering trading activities to ATHEX's platform, while liquidity and range of services.
