Pancreta Bank has entered into exclusive negotiations with Praxia Bank, as of Monday, with the former tabling a non-binding offer, an official announcement noted. Necessary due diligence processes will be concluded by Jan. 31, the same Pancreta announcement read.
Negotiations are covered by a confidentiality clause signed by the two sides.
