Seanergy Maritime Holdings Corp. on Thursday announced a successful share capital increase of 20.5 million USD, with the issuance of 4.2 million new shares via a public offering, and 1.823.529 new shares via private placement.

Both types of shares were issued with a face value of 3.4 USD.
