Greece's privatization agency, the Hellenic Republic Asset Development Fund (HRADF), on Friday unsealed binding offers for the Alimos marina in coastal southeast Athens.
The three binding offers on the table for the 40-year concession are from:
Aktor Concessions S.A.
Lamda-Dogus Marina Investment S.A.
Aviareps-Cosmos Consortium
HRADF consultants are expected to assess the financial offers within 10 days, namely, financial models, business plans, and financing, among others.
