Attica Group issued an immediate statement on Wednesday stressing that agreements referring to issued shares and developments related to shareholders are accompanied by announcements to the public, following a query by the Hellenic Capital Market Commission.
The latter asked about the veracity of a press report in Athens claiming that Attica Group had agreed to sell off its fleet of ferry boats.
