D-Marine Investments Holding BV, a subsidiary of Dogus Holding AS, and Temes SA, a development arm of the Costa Navarino resort of southwest Greece, are the new owners of the Athens Hilton, according to an announcement on Thursday afternoon by Alpha Bank, which sold its majority stake in the holding company that managed the iconic hotel.
Alpha Bank said a final agreement transfers 97.3 percent of the listed holding company’s shares (Ioniki S.A.), with the total price tag at 142 million euros, of which 67 million euros involves a refinancing of the holding company’s loans.
