Greece’s finance ministry on Friday extended, at least for hours, the deadline for filing income tax returns. The new deadline is Monday, July 18, with commercial entities given a July 25 deadline.
According to reports, the extension was more-or-less anticipated, given the ministry’s concerns that a rush of last-minute filings by individuals and accountants would overload the online system – something that has occurred in previous years.
