Industrial production posted a slight upturn in May 2016, according to Greece’s statistical bureau, EL.STAT.
The general industrial production index was up by 2.9 percent, significantly improved from a 4.3-percent drop in the corresponding month of 2015.
Over the first five-month period of 2016, the index was up 0.8 percent, with the corresponding figure in 2015 being 0.7 percent.
