International Monetary Fund (IMF) chief Christine Lagarde on Friday was again non-committal of her institution’s financial participation in Greece's 86-billion-euro bailout package, saying she will not “pass judgment” on a provisional agreement for debt relief fleshed out by institutional creditors late last month at a Eurogroup venue.
Lagarde spoke with a prepared text for a speech in Vienna on Friday.
