Greek Prime Minister Alexis Tsipras will reportedly phone European Council President Donald Tusk on Wednesday morning to request the immediate holding of a Euro summit, with sources in Athens saying the Greek leader wants the summit to "ensure the implementation of last July's agreement" between the country and its institutional creditors.
The develompent comes after a break-down of negotiations in Athens between the Tsipras government and creditors' representatives, the so-called "Quartet".
