The balance sheets of 753 Greece-based companies contain positive trends, according to data published by the business monitor Icap Group for 2015.
Specifically, available figures show an increase of 0.5 percent in turnover, with overall sales of the surveyed companies totaling 4.21 billion euros. Mixed profits were improved by 1.3 percent, a figure attributed to a more effective management of “sales costs”.
Additionally, operational profits increased by 21.7 percent; pre-tax profits were up by 21.3 percent (103.2 million euros) for 2015, while EBITDA results were up by 4.3 percent.
