The "World of Banksy" exhibition is being hosted at the well-known Technopolis venue, which is managed by the Municipality of Athens.
Nevertheless, website statement charges that the works on display are not authentic, but copies and replicas.
Similar exhibitions are being held in Moscow, Milan, Miami and Berlin, the statement read.
