The group's Serbian subsidiary owns two free-to-air televisions stations, PRVA and O2.TV, six subscriber channels, four websites and a radio station. In Montenegro, Antenna group a television station with nationwide coverage and a radio station.
The buyers were not immediately cited in the announcement.
