Greek lender Piraeus Bank on Monday announced the conclusion of the binding offer phase for the sale of a subsidiary that owns and operates Athens’ Henry Dunant hospital, as a relevant deadline lapsed on the same day.

Bids will now be evaluated by the bank and PwC, its consultant for the sale.
The facility was the one-time flagship institution established and operated by the Hellenic Red Cross and subsequently taken over lien-holder Piraeus Bank.
