German-Greek consortium Fraport Greece on Monday that it has raised 620 million euros in a share offering, necessary financing ahead of its assumption of 14 regional airports around Greece this month.
The Fraport-led consortium said it holds equity of 650 million euros and guaranteed financing to meet mandated investments as well as a purchase price of 1.2 billion euros.
