Reuters quotes Attica Bank Deputy CEO Thanasis Tsadaris on Thursday as saying the Athens-based non-systemic bank is considering the prospect of issuing bonds guaranteed by the Greek state as collateral in order to borrow from the Bank of Greece’s emergency liquidity facility (ELA).
