Representatives of the Athens Stock Exchange, the Capital Market Commission and 29 listed companies will head to London next month for a meeting with global investment fund managers, entitled the “11th Annual Greek Roadshow".
The upcoming event, between Sept. 20 and Sept. 22, will apparently enjoy better timing than last year’s presentations, which came before national elections and a hastily called referendum in Greece for early July 2015.
Additionally, the specter of “Brexit” is now a reality, with investors now able to hedge their placements with the British referendum decision in mind, something that wasn’t the case during a similar presentation by Greek companies in New York City recently.
