Τhe World Congress in Philosophy will again take place in Athens next month (July 10-15), with this year’s series of events revolving around the theme of “The Philosophy of Aristotle”.
A commencement of events in honor of Aristotle, and in connection with the World Congress in Philosophy, will take place at Aristotle’s birthplace, the ancient Stagira site in northern Greece’s Chalkidiki prefecture, on Saturday, July 2.
The congress’ official opening ceremony will take place at the Herod Atticus Odeon, at the foot of the Acropolis, on July 9, with a concert performance.
