Greek minister: Half the people being hosted in island shelters irregular migrants

Alternate Migration Policy Minister Yannis Mouzalas made the statement in answer to a question by Communist Party (KKE) deputy Stavros Tassos.

He added that 8,000 requests for asylum are now being processed, down from a previous figure of 15,000.
