A competition watchdog authority will convene on Wednesday to examine whether Chinese multinational Cosco Group Ltd.’s purchase of a majority stake in the Piraeus Port Authority (OLP) and its exclusive management of the latter could impair competition in the sector, i.e. port facilities, off-loading, maritime transports etc.
