An inauguration is scheduled for Saturday, May 7.

The entire project was co-financed by the EU’s European Social Fund (ESF) and national resources.

The museum, which is located in the main village of Chora, features antiquities discovered on both Kythira and its nearby twin island, Antikythira, spanning an era from 5000 BC to the 3rd Century AD.
