The spring rally of classic automobiles will again conclude on the verdant Saronic island Spetses this year, with special circuits following the picturesque mountainous routes from the Isthmus of Corinth south and southeast to the harbor of Kosta, which lies just across from the isle off the eastern coast of the Peloponnese.
The spring rally of classic automobiles will again conclude on the verdant Saronic island Spetses this year, with special circuits following the picturesque mountainous routes from the Isthmus of Corinth south and southeast to the harbor of Kosta, which lies just across from the isle off the eastern coast of the Peloponnese.
The Spetses leg of the rally is again sponsored by the Poseidonion Grand Hotel in cooperation with the Federation Hellenique (FILPA) and will be held on April 9 and 10.
This year’s rally has been upgraded to the FIVA ‘A events category by the same-name international federation, the Fédération Internationale des Véhicules Anciens.
The sight of antique automobiles on the island is noteworthy, given that no four-wheel vehicles are allowed except those owned by permanent residents. As with last year’s event, the antique cars will again be displayed in front of the iconic hotel.
