“Repeating a mistake does not make it right, particularly at a critical time like this for the whole of Europe,” was the response by Konstantinos Koutras.
He refers to Vienna’s statement that the “meetings of the countries of the western Balkans, which are being carried out within a framework and with designated participants, are a stable configuration,”
